Working from her studio workshop Avril produces limited ranges of individual handmade fine metal working pieces. Her latest collection reflects characteristics associated with the Memphis movement. Silver, sometimes in conjunction with 9ct gold and lead free enamels are employed using traditional and experimental fine metalworking techniques to produce refined contemporary wearable jewellery and objects. Enamelled copper wall pieces based on observations made at the Yorkshire coast complete her collection of work.
